Biography


A proven marketer with a strong technical background. Dudley has extensive consumer product experience with big brands. She recently relocated from New York City where she served as Director of Development in the Consumer Products Division at L’Oreal. Dudley worked directly and successfully with R&D, operations, finance, and marketing at L’Oreal, managing a team of nine. Her successful tenure at L’Oreal spanned nearly a decade, and included work in management and operations.

She was responsible for the package development and execution of new products on the L’Oreal Paris, Garnier and Ombrelle skincare brands, representing $350MM in annual sales for the company. Under her tenure, she successfully delivered the largest launch calendar for the category. In addition, Dudley worked for MillerCoors in Supply Chain where she was part of the leadership team responsible for redesigning the post-merger beer delivery network, worth $200MM in synergy savings. Among other accomplishments she designed customer metrics in a scorecard for senior leaders which is still used within the company. Dudley also has project experience in a start-up environment in the creation of a nutraceutical brand in 2015, managing the development of the website, concept creation and execution of four major product launches in four months.

Dudley is passionate about consumer products and helping companies succeed. She is a veteran at driving company growth through new product launches and consumer insights. She provides consulting services in the development of new products from concept to shelf. Dudley brings seasoned product management, expertise in strategic planning and new product processes. She is known for her ability to collaborate across groups to resolve competing objectives, to build consensus and drive crisp decisions.
