Jennie is a visionary with over 15 years of experience creating fully-integrated marketing strategies and unique experiences for a diverse array of brands. She is passionate about helping innovative brands find their magic, bring big ideas to life and ultimately stand out from the crowd. As a marketing consultant and coach, Jennie helps brands find their heartbeat and create meaningful, authentic connections with their customers, partners and media.

After graduating from Emory University in Atlanta, GA, Jennie moved to Denver, CO where she started her career in the sports and entertainment industry. For five years, she managed the Special Events Department for Kroenke Sports & Entertainment, planning thousands of events at the Pepsi Center, Dicks Sporting Goods Park and the Paramount Theater.

From 2013 to 2022, Jennie led marketing for an international salon franchise, Sola Salons, from a founder-led entity through an acquisition and transition to a private equity-owned business. During this time, the company scaled from 90 to 600 locations while the community grew from 2,500 to over 20,000 beauty professionals. Throughout the nine years Jennie was with Sola Salons, she managed an annual marketing budget that grew from $150K to $4MM, overseeing all traditional and nontraditional marketing efforts. From the development of a fully-integrated marketing strategy and franchisee toolkit to the creation of various brand differentiators including ambassador programs, educational and social events, websites, apps, community networks, blogs, podcasts, and more, Jennie helped the Sola brand establish its industry-leading position the pro beauty space.
