Katherine is passionate about helping emerging companies succeed – driving profitable growth with a focus on strategic planning, finance, and operations. She has extensive product launch experience, including getting products from mere ideas
on paper to shelves at Starbucks, Costco, Whole Foods, and Target. Katherine’s most valuable asset for emerging companies is her
ability to take on both big picture, strategic challenges and tackle
the requisite nitty-gritty details faced by all businesses working to maximize profitability.

Katherine has been honing her leadership skills for 20+ years with key roles in start-up to mid-size to Fortune 100 companies. Her experience serving in management roles in strategic planning, operations and finance, gives her a unique cross-functional perspective and ability to quickly assess, uncover, and solve company-wide problems. She currently provides independent management consulting services to companies in the start up and growth phases. Sample engagements include strategic planning, product realization from concept to shelf, financial modeling, operational assessments and developing efficient & scalable supply chains.
