Cultivated by a deep respect for non-profits who support trauma survivors in their healing and flourishing journeys, Amy’s desire is to come alongside organizations who want to help their employees manage and prevent burnout. Utilizing the power of narrative therapy to addresses secondary trauma symptoms, gifted and trained providers can build lifestyles of resiliency that release their passion in leading social changes movements without sacrificing personal wellbeing.

Amy is a staff care program development specialist with 20 years of non-profit experience in leading teams, strategic planning, staff training, group facilitation and counseling. Specializing in leading people struggling with secondary trauma as a result of their work with traumatized clients, Amy has created a trauma exposure response assessment process that launches in-depth staff care interventions.

With a proven track record of effectively mentoring Millennials, Amy believes in the power of providing therapeutic coaching to the next generation of social change leaders because she’s seen how knowing and understanding their stories is the lynchpin in combatting secondary trauma throughout their careers.
