Eric is an accomplished senior executive and business consultant with over thirty years of experience in strategy development, strategy focused execution and operations transformation across commercial, nonprofit and government sectors. He is focused on delivering tangible results and is comfortable working at the C-suite level through to individual contributors anywhere in the organization and across all functions.
He has successfully contributed to a broad range of Fortune 500 clients in diverse industries including global financial services, global commercial retail, media and entertainment, energy exploration and production, retail and wholesale energy, manufacturing and distribution as well as nonprofit and educational 501(c)(3) organizations, amongst others.
Eric’s most recent commercial experience was as Senior Vice President-Strategy Management and Business Operations for UniCarriers Americas Corporation (UCA), formerly Nissan Forklift Corporation. He led the organization’s Strategy Management Office where he directed the enterprise-wide strategic visioning, translation of strategy to detailed operational execution plans, creating execution alignment across all organization units and transformational redesign of enterprise processes. Eric also had P&L responsibility for UCA’s Brazil Operations, UniCarriers South America (UCSA) and led the UCA Integration Management Office during a global integration effort post-acquisition.
His most recent nonprofit experience includes working with the leadership and team members of a Denver-based organization to comprehensively assess long-term organization strategy and funding model, vision development, Board alignment and creation of a detailed and adaptive multi-year strategy execution plan.
Eric’s previous corporate positions include roles with increasing authority at General Electric, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP Consulting, and Siemens-Westinghouse Power Systems. His government experience includes serving as a Naval Flight Officer in the US Navy and as a Legislative Aide and Speechwriter at the State Government level.
