Jamie is a strategy professional with a focus on growth-oriented and entrepreneurial entities. Jamie has over 15 years experience working in the areas of investor relations, deal sourcing/execution, due diligence, communications, management consulting, strategic planning and operational improvement across multiple sectors including food/beverage, retail, manufacturing, and city/local government. Jamie also has significant experience designing and implementing strategic plans and communications centered around water, energy and corporate responsibility.
Most recently, Jamie led the technology investment platform for Hydro Venture Partners, a firm focused on investing private capital and providing strategic resources for early-stage companies in the water space. Prior to Hydro Venture Partners, Jamie co-founded MWH Infrastructure Development, Inc., a division of MWH Global, Inc. (now part of Stantec) that identifies and develops opportunities to bring private financing to water and energy projects. She was responsible for developing and managing a pipeline of over $3B in water and energy deals, working with investors and lenders to develop strategic partnerships and managing all aspects of deal development and execution. Jamie previously spent six years as a management consultant focused on strategic business planning, finance and growth support; as well as sustainability and corporate responsibility, for organizations in food/beverage, manufacturing and city/local government in the United States, United Kingdom and Australia. Jamie is a certified change management professional. She earned a MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and attended the University of Michigan where she received a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering.
