Jeff is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation and employment law. His experience includes litigating consumer class actions, shareholder rights issues, breach of contract claims, bankruptcy matters, fraudulent transfers, UCC Article 9 claims, and defamation claims.

In employment matters, Jeff routinely handles cases involving allegations of age, race, gender, and disability discrimination, sexual harassment, breach of contract, employee severance, employee benefits, theft of trade secrets, and non-competition agreements.

Jeff is a member of Denver's Citizen Oversight Board, which oversees the Internal Affairs Bureaus of the Denver Police and Sheriff's Departments. He is also a member of the board of directors of KIPP Colorado, a network of local charter schools.
