Josephine is a marketing communications and brand strategist that brings 15
years of experience directing communications strategy and branding initiatives
across a variety of industries and companies. Her sector experience spans both
B2B and B2C companies as well as agency and client-side positions, in the fields
of technology, retail, fashion, philanthropy and more. This has provided her a
well-rounded background in leveraging actionable insights to drive marketing
communications strategy, as well as examining the role brand plays both
internally and externally at an organization.

Prior to launching her freelance practice, Josephine worked as the Director of
Marketing for Crown Philanthropic Solutions, a SAAS technology company
servicing the Philanthropic Donor Advised Fund market. There, she directed all
aspects of brand and marketing communications, helping to grow the company’s
client base 5x and revenue 4x. During this period of growth, she successfully
guided and implemented two large scale re-branding initiatives. She also crafted
an effective and measureable thought leadership strategy to position the
company as an expert in the philanthropic technology space and, in turn, drive
qualified leads.
