Katherine has been honing her leadership skills for 20+ years with key roles in start-up to mid-size to Fortune 100 companies. Her experience serving in management roles in strategic planning, operations and finance, gives her a unique cross-functional perspective and ability to quickly assess, uncover, and solve company-wide problems. She currently provides independent management consulting services to companies in the start up and growth phases.
