Kristina has over 15 years of experience as a facilitator, executive coach, high potential program manager, curriculum and workshop designer, and organizational development consultant.
What distinguishes her from others in her field of expertise is that she approaches leadership from a holistic perspective. She believes that the most effective leaders lead from their mind and heart, and have a deep understanding of themselves and their impact on others.
As a certified Executive Coach, she draws on research findings from neuroscience, positive psychology, and emotional intelligence to help leaders make specific behavioral changes that improve their leadership effectiveness. She is passionate and determined to help leaders work on strategies that increase happiness and drive results for themselves and their organizations. She is able to connect quickly with her clients and create an engaging experience with her personable style and warm humor.
She is certified by DDI and Vital Smarts to facilitate workshops such as Tools for Emerging Leaders, Leadership Fundamentals Programs, and Crucial Conversations. Kristina is qualified to administer and interpret various assessments such as Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Bar-On EQ-i 2.0, LPI 360 feedback, and Thomas-Kilmann Instrument.
Kristina has an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Agnes Scott College and Master and Doctoral degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Auburn University.
Outside of work, Kristina enjoys various outdoor activities with her husband, son, and dog.
