Leigh has honed her expertise over more than 15 years working in corporate communications, corporate giving, agency public relations, public affairs and political consulting. She has represented a variety of entities across sectors including agriculture, government, finance, transportation, manufacturing, consumer retail and restaurant industries.

Leigh is a graduate of the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation “Leadership Denver” program and was a finalist for the Denver Business Journal's "Outstanding Women in Business" award in 2011. The team she led was recognized by the Public Relations Society of America Colorado Chapter as "PR Team of the Year" in 2012. She has earned dozens of awards from industry organizations such as the Public Relations Society of America, the Business Marketing Association, the Cooperative Communicators Association, the National Agri-Marketing Association and more.
