Liesa Taylor is a human resources (HR) and organization development (OD) consultant focused on increasing operational effectiveness through HR/OD practices which are well aligned to business strategy. Liesa has extensive experience as an HR practitioner in global Fortune 500 companies. Liesa was the Vice President of HR for Hewlett Packard’s marketing & communications functions where she led the team providing HR support to 2,500 employees around the world. Liesa has also held internal HR roles at Sun Microsystems and external consultant roles with Deloitte Consulting. Liesa has taught HR at the university level as an adjunct faculty member for the University of Denver. Liesa holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BS in Economics, summa cum laude, from Miami University. Liesa is a certified facilitator for the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and Lominger Leadership Architect.
