Biography


Marcie’s multi-faceted career includes diverse business and community experience across sectors, including (most recently as founder of Spring Consulting LLC) 3 years as a business and non-profit consultant to clients in the finance, education and restaurant industries, 4 years in corporate banking, 12 years in not-for-profit development, and over 12 years of board leadership influencing organizational strategy and driving growth. Throughout her career, Marcie has focused on relationship building, strategy, financial planning/analysis, and continuous improvement to achieve results.

Recent consulting assignments include researching, designing and implementing a marketing and admissions protocol for Compositive Primary School, an innovative, start-up independent school. At OnePoint Accounting, a boutique firm servicing franchise businesses throughout the U.S., Marcie successfully on-boarded and managed the relationships for over 65 clients as well as streamlined and improved the efficiency of OnePoint’s operations. As a strategic consultant for Graland Country Day School, Marcie worked with senior administration to create and execute a new faculty compensation model that more effectively rewards performance to reflect school values.

Marcie’s extensive board work includes board member and leadership positions at the Museum of Contemporary Art Denver, Global Livingston Institute, Kent Denver School and Graland Country Day School. Marcie launched her career in corporate banking at First Chicago (now Chase) and M&I banks.

A fast starter and reflective leader, Marcie quickly gains an understanding of situations, needs, and obstacles, and then develops and implements strategic solutions. She is known for bringing together the right people and resources, including project teams, cross-functional staff, and external community partners, to launch new and manage existing programs and organizations.
